    Bottom lift loading system with vertical furnace, reduce floor space, support heavy workpieces efficient loading and unloading, reduce manual operation intensity.

    Heating the workpiece under different vacuum degree (10-2~10-6 mbar) to avoid surface oxidation and decarbonization and ensure pure and stable process environment.

    Multi-zone independent temperature control, combined with PID algorithm, to achieve ±5℃ furnace temperature uniformity, with good temperature control accuracy, to meet the needs of large workpiece consistency processing.

    The heating chamber is made of graphite composite material or all-metal structure (such as molybdenum heating elements and metal heat insulation screen), which is resistant to high temperature and high pressure airflow and has long service life.

    Through different cooling inert gas (nitrogen, argon, helium) and under different cooling pressure, combined with high speed and large flow fan to quickly cool the workpiece, cooling speed is controllable.

    The load bearing table of the processing parts can be rotated during heating and cooling, which can ensure the best temperature uniformity and effectively control the deformation of the parts.
