VCQ series vacuum high pressure gas quenching furnace is a high-end heat treatment equipment that integrates vacuum environment and high pressure gas rapid cooling technology, specially designed for high hardness, high precision metal workpiece without oxidation quenching requirements. After uniform heating in vacuum environment, the workpiece is cooled rapidly and evenly by high pressure inert gas (nitrogen/argon), which effectively avoids deformation and surface carbonization caused by traditional oil quenching, and significantly improves material hardness, wear resistance and dimensional stability. It is widely used in the quenching treatment of aerospace engine parts, precision molds, high-speed steel tools, medical equipment and high-end alloy structural parts, especially for titanium alloy, superalloy, die steel and other fields requiring strict cooling rate and surface quality, is the core equipment to improve the comprehensive performance of complex workpieces.

    ◆ The workpiece can be heated under different vacuum (10-2~10-6 mbar) to avoid surface oxidation and decarbonization and ensure the purity and finish of the material

    ◆ Multi-zone independent temperature control, combined with PID algorithm, to achieve ±5℃ furnace temperature uniformity, with good temperature control accuracy

    ◆ Through different cooling inert gas (nitrogen, argon) and under different cooling pressure, combined with high-speed, large flow fan to quickly cool the workpiece, cooling speed is controllable

    ◆ Can choose the cooling gas flow direction and air flow reversal time, combined with high efficiency heat exchanger, significantly improve the cooling uniformity, reduce the thermal stress deformation of parts

    ◆ The heating chamber is made of graphite composite material or all-metal structure (such as molybdenum heating elements and metal heat insulation screen), which is resistant to high temperature and high pressure airflow and has long service life

    ◆ Different shapes of heating chamber can be selected to support square structure or round structure

    ◆ Choose a flexible opening method of the furnace door according to the customer's on-site requirements (such as the door position left and right direction, automatic or manual opening)

    ◆ Integrated PLC, with program controller or computer interface, touch screen, recorder and other real-time monitoring furnace vacuum degree, temperature, pressure and other data, support remote fault diagnosis and process tracing
