◆ The pretreatment room and the main processing room are independent temperature control, vacuum isolation, support continuous production, shorten the process cycle

◆ Both the pretreatment room and the main processing room adopt multi-zone independent temperature control, combined with PID algorithm, to achieve ±5℃ furnace temperature uniformity, with good temperature control accuracy
◆ Integrated gas quenching (nitrogen/argon) system in main processing room, combined with high efficiency heat exchanger, significantly improve cooling uniformity, adapt to different material characteristics
◆ Integrated PLC, with program controller or computer interface, touch screen, recorder and other real-time monitoring furnace vacuum degree, temperature, pressure and other data, support remote fault diagnosis and process tracing
