VBL series Bottom charging vertical vacuum furnace is a high performance heat treatment equipment designed for large, heavy or complex structural workpieces, with a unique bottom charging structure, high loading efficiency and easy operation. The equipment achieves uniform heating and rapid cooling of the workpiece through precise temperature control in vacuum or controlled atmosphere environment, which is suitable for various heat treatment processes such as quenching, tempering, annealing, brazing, etc. Its vertical structure design is especially suitable for processing long shafts, rings, molds and large mechanical parts, and is widely used in aerospace, energy equipment, automobile manufacturing, nuclear power equipment and other fields.
