◆ Heat the workpiece in vacuum (10-2~10-6 mbar) under different vacuum or low pressure inert gas environment to avoid surface oxidation and decarbonization and ensure material purity and finish
◆ Multi-zone independent temperature control, combined with PID algorithm, to achieve ±5℃ furnace temperature uniformity, with good temperature control accuracy
◆ The heating chamber is covered with molybdenum plate, resistant to high temperature and high pressure airflow erosion, long service life, can meet a variety of process requirements, to achieve bright tempering process
◆ Dual chamber furnace with both heating chamber and gas cooling chamber, not affected by quenching oil, gas cooling, gas cooling pressure (87kPa abs.)
◆ Adjustable cooling speed, by controlling the oil stirring speed, oil surface pressure and quenching oil temperature, adapt to the cooling needs of different materials, reduce the risk of deformation and cracking
◆ Vacuum slow cooling + oil quenching stage control (such as pre-cooling quenching), the deformation is better than the traditional oil quenching furnace
◆ Integrated condenser and activated carbon filter device, quenching oil mist recovery rate > 95%, in line with the prevailing environmental standards.
◆ Integrated PLC, with program controller or computer interface, touch screen, recorder, real-time monitoring furnace vacuum, temperature, pressure, support remote fault diagnosis and process tracing
