    CHARACTERISTIC 01

    Heat the workpiece in vacuum (10-2~10-6 mbar) under different vacuum or low pressure inert gas environment to avoid surface oxidation and decarbonization and ensure material purity and finish.

    Multi-zone independent temperature control, combined with PID algorithm, to achieve ±5℃ furnace temperature uniformity, with good temperature control accuracy.
