    Heat the workpiece under different vacuum (10-2~10-6 mbar), remove the adsorbed gas and impurities on the surface of the workpiece, and avoid weld porosity and inclusion defects.

    Multi-zone independent temperature control, combined with PID algorithm, to achieve ±5℃ furnace temperature uniformity, with excellent temperature control accuracy.

    Through inert gas nitrogen under different cooling pressure, combined with high-speed large flow fan to quickly cool the workpiece, cooling speed is controllable.
