    Heat the workpiece under different vacuum (10-2~10-6 mbar) to avoid surface oxidation and decarbonization and ensure the purity and finish of the material.

    Partition independent temperature control, combined with PID algorithm, to achieve ±5℃ furnace temperature uniformity, with good temperature control accuracy.

    Through different cooling inert gas (nitrogen, argon, helium) and under different cooling pressure, combined with high-speed fan to quickly cool the workpiece, cooling speed is controllable.

    The heating chamber is made of graphite composite material or all-metal structure (such as molybdenum heating elements and metal heat insulation screen), which is resistant to high temperature and high pressure airflow and has a long service life.

    Low pressure gas quenching technology, compared with oil quenching or water quenching, reduce deformation and residual stress, suitable for small thin wall or complex shape parts.
