    Characteristic 01

    Muffle tank + pre-vacuum system double isolation of oxygen and impurities, to ensure the surface finish of the workpiece, to achieve zero oxidation tempering.

    Equipped with hydrogen probe and mass flow meter (MFC) to accurately control the proportion of NH₃, N₂, CO₂ and other gases, combined with nitrogen potential (KN value) closed-loop feedback system, to realize the precise control of the permeation layer thickness and phase structure.

    High quality heat-resistant alloy Muffle tank (Inconel 600), can quickly adapt to gas nitriding, nitrogen carburizing (soft nitriding), post-oxidation, tempering and other process switching, theoretical life of more than 8 years.
