The heating chamber is made of graphite composite material or all-metal structure (such as molybdenum heating elements and metal heat insulation screen), which is highly resistant to high temperatures and high-pressure airflow, ensuring a long service life.
Through different cooling inert gases (nitrogen, argon, helium) and under different cooling pressures, combined with a high-speed and large-flow fan to quickly cool the workpiece, the cooling speed is fully controllable.
The load-bearing table of the processing parts can be rotated during heating and cooling, which ensures the best temperature uniformity and effectively controls the deformation of the parts.
Enhanced furnace structure combined with multiple safety protections, in line with international safety standards, ensuring an equipment life of more than 20 years.
Integrated PLC, featuring a program controller or computer interface, touch screen, recorder, and real-time monitoring of furnace vacuum degree, temperature, pressure, and other data, supporting remote fault diagnosis and process tracing.
