    The pretreatment room and the main processing room are independent temperature control, vacuum isolation, support continuous production, shorten the process cycle.

    The pretreatment room is equipped with gradient heating and vacuum degreasing system to accurately decompose organic matter, avoid coking and carbon residue.

    A reliable vacuum door is installed between the two rooms to ensure that the pretreatment room is completely separated from the main processing room and that each room does not interfere with each other during processing.

    Two-room independent PLC+ industrial computer management, support process parameter linkage programming, data traceability and remote operation and maintenance, reduce operation complexity.

    The workpiece can be heated under different vacuum (10-2~10-6 mbar) to avoid surface oxidation and decarbonization and ensure the purity and finish of the material.

    Both the pretreatment room and the main processing room adopt multi-zone independent temperature control, combined with PID algorithm, to achieve ±5℃ furnace temperature uniformity, with good temperature control accuracy.

    Integrated gas quenching (nitrogen/argon) system in main processing room, combined with high efficiency heat exchanger, significantly improve cooling uniformity, adapt to different material characteristics.

    Integrated PLC, with program controller or computer interface, touch screen, recorder and other real-time monitoring furnace vacuum degree, temperature, pressure and other data, support remote fault diagnosis and process tracing.
